Cancellation policy:  RESERVATIONS MAY BE CANCELED 72 HOURS PRIOR TO TIME OF ARRIVAL ( 3:00PM CST ). FAILURE TO CANCEL WITHIN SPECIFIED TIME FORFEITS 1 NIGHT ROOM RATE AS CONFIRMED. FORFEITED DEPOSITS MAY BE APPLIED TO A FUTURE STAY IF OCCUPANCY OCCURS WITHIN 90 DAYS OF CANCELLATION. RESERVATIONS MADE WITHIN 72 HRS OF TIME OF ARRIVAL WILL BE GUARANTEED AND WILL BE CHARGED AS STATED ABOVE. HOLIDAY RESERVATIONS REQUIRE A 14-DAY CANCELLATION NOTICE PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.
